After having used another garage door company that lacked transparency with regard to billing, I knew that I had to call another company, hoping that transparency and thorough communication were standards of that company's protocol. I called Access Garage Doors when an emergency arose that demanded prompt service and attention to detail. I cannot be more pleased that I did. The repairman (Blake) came that afternoon and quickly assessed the issue with my garage door. He patiently attempted a temporary "fix" that ultimately didn't work. He presented three options for the repair to be completed with a thorough explanation of each of the three. I was impressed with his calm demeanor and his lack of no pressure sales tactics. After I selected one of the options, we determined a time convenient for my schedule--not his--for him to return to complete the job. He came at the designated time, completed the job in less than an hour, and left me smiling as a happy Access Garage Door customer. I highly recommend Access Garage Doors to anyone needing service to or replacement of a garage door. You will receive 5-star service as did I from a well-trained and courteous repairman. I'm also offering a shout out to Randy who seemed to be waiting at home base for me to call him multiple times.
