I called at 1030 am. I spoke with a representative over the phone. My first contact was fantastic. The gentleman was very professional. He said I would have a technician by the end of the day. By 230 pm he was at my home. He asked a few basic questions and when I opened the garage door and he heard the roar from it he exactly knew why he was here. By the time he was done that garage door was as quiet as a mouse. I got what I paid for professional and customer friendly service from all at Access Garage Door.

Dealing with Randy initially over the phone was a great experience. This wasn’t a pressured sales conversation but instead Randy took the time to find the best solution to my issue which could be resolved within the shortest amount of time.The tech, Shawn (sorry if I misspelled this) called first thing on the morning of the apportionment and gave me an arrival time which he kept with time to spare. The man was as professional as anyone I’ve ever worked with, and the repair was done expertly and in a timely manner. The result is absolutely perfect.Access was not the cheapest quote that I received, but after speaking to Randy I was extremely confident that they would be the best value that I could find. I would not hesitate to use Access again and I would confidently recommend them to anyone.

Friday afternoon, 4:34, the spring broke on one of my garage doors. The other door is blocked with a car needing repair. So I was basically car trapped. Within 5 minutes I had King Door looking for a repair person to come that afternoon. By 4:53 a repair man was on the way within 20 minutes! It took less than 30 minutes to repair it. Such great response time, door repaired quickly and operating better than before. They are professionals I highly recommend!
