I called Access Garage Doors in a bit of a panic because the spring broke on our large door and our cars were stuck in the garage! We had to get our son to the airport in the afternoon to go back home after a visit and I was in a bit of a panic. Within an hour, Brett and another technician came and cut off the broken spring. We drove our cars out of the driveway so we could have access. They replaced the spring, but also replaced old parts. Total repair took about 45 minutes. These two young men were very nice, and worked quickly and accurately! They explained all they were doing and we were able to get out son to the airport in a timely manner. I will use Access Garage Doors from here on in! They made sure that out remote controls worked too! I give them a 4 plus rating
