AGD of Chattanooga was referred to me by a friend who had a good experience with this company. I called early afternoon and was immediately assisted. Much to my surprise, they were able to get a tech out to my house in Flintstone to repair my garage door that day! Shawn arrived prepared and quickly took care of the door. I actually went with their recommendation to “rebuild” the door, which replaces wearable items and made the door like new again. He moved quickly & efficiently, communicating with me over the phone as I wasn’t able to be there at the time. Payment was easily done via text as well. He even left a spray can of lubricant to occasionally maintain the hinges and rollers.I was impressed with how quickly the whole thing went down. Highly recommended for their obvious focus on the customer and efficiency of getting in & out with a quality repair/rebuild.
