Honest, transparent, and great to work with
I was first contacted by Chris through Yelp after I submitted an inquiry about a garage door repair. He let me know that they offered a free on-site estimate and that payment wouldn't be due until the work was completed. Their office was also nearby, so I decided to give them a try.
From the initial visit to the day of the repair, Jared and Dylan were great to work with. They explained what needed to be done, walked me through the repair process, answered all of my questions, and kept me updated on arrival times, scheduling, and payment. They also gave me some helpful recommendations for keeping the garage door in good shape.
What I appreciated most was how easygoing, straightforward, and transparent they were. I never felt like they were trying to upsell me on anything, and they were honest about what actually needed to be fixed.
Overall, I had a really great experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing garage door repairs. Jared mentioned that they've only been in business for about 1.5 years, so I hope they continue to do well. I'll definitely reach out to you guys again if I need anything in the future. Thanks again!
