I have a one-car and two-car garage door. The two-car garage door bracket that's attached to the door, and to the arm of the overhead rail, snapped off when trying to open the door. I talked to Blake at Access Garage Doors about reattaching the bracket, and a quote for two new motors because of their age and the noise they were making.
Blake and Anthony came out and installed a new bracket above the old bracket location, which was damaged. It works great and saved having to buy a new door panel or new door!
They gave me info and prices on two motors they recommended and I got one of each. We also talked about the springs on both doors due to their age. I've had a spring on a garage door explode some years ago and didn't want it repeated by waiting to replace them in a year or two, if that long. They gave me a price on those and I decided to get them replaced too.
Blake and Anthony installed the new motors and springs on both doors today and they work perfectly, and sooo quiet!
I love the new features on the motors, with cameras, and I can check and control the garage doors with an app on my phone!

I had Blake and Anthony from Access Garage Doors of Treasure Valley come out to our house in Nampa, Idaho to service and do a tune-up on our garage door. It hadn't been serviced in a while and was making all kinds of noises, but they were able to get it running really smoothly again.
They worked on a couple of different things on the door itself, but they also went the extra mile and nailed in a warped wood trim piece on the side of the garage that was sticking out. I didn't even ask them to do that, so it was really nice of them to take care of it on their own.
I'm very happy with the service. They communicated great with their timing, worked quickly, but didn't make me feel like they were rushing out the door. They also gave me some good information to keep in mind for future garage door maintenance. Overall, it was a really good experience and I'd highly recommend them.

I was in a bind last Friday evening because my garage door was getting close to breaking. The garage door company that accepted an appointment with me for the following Monday claimed that there wasn't an appointment and said that they weren't taking on new jobs!
I called Access Garage Doors in a panic at around 5:30 p.m. on Friday evening and Landus arrived shortly after. He diagnosed a problem with the spring and temporarily fixed it until Monday morning when he could pick up a new spring that could easily handle the weight of my garage door. The prior technician and company installed the wrong size spring, putting a strain on the motor. Landus did an excellent job fixing the problem, installing a beefier spring, and explaining the whole process. I highly recommend Access Garage Doors for your next repair!
