The tech was very through. He explained what was probably wrong and what I can do next time to reset it myself. We also discussed how my remote has used 2 batteries in the past 6 months.He reassured me if I continue to have issues with the electric eyes or the remote that the company will replace them. But that they had been installed correctly. He also did a maintenance check on the garage door as well as the garage door opener.He explained everything well and answered my questions.I am very pleased with the Company and especially the employee.

Only moved in a month ago and suddenly the door won't close. Made one call and the tech was here about 90 minutes later. He fixed the problems plus answered all my questions. He even informed me my unit is a smart unit and less than 5 years old. He could have conned me and tried to talk me into a new unit but didn't. I was very impressed with everything about the work.
