Access was amazing from start to finish. Damian sent numerous quotes, answered a hundred questions, and was very knowledgeable. He got our installation scheduled within a day of accepting our estimate. Brenden, the tech that came out for an onsite visit before installation, was nice and also very knowledgeable. Tim, our installation tech, did an outstanding job. He had us up and going in no time! 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I was very pleased with the team of professionals who came to my rescue. The process to schedule my appointment was quick and to the point. Communication was great, the team let me know when they were heading my way, and arrived on time. In a well-coordinated effort by the crew, they were in and out of my home quickly. I especially liked how the crew answered my questions and educated me while they worked. I was blown away with the completion report and the check lists they used to complete the work. Access Garage Doors of Chattanooga did a great job on repairing and checking up on my garage doors. We have had issues with one of the doors not being installed quite right since the house was built. It seemed to be an alignment/installation issue which resulted in the roller coming off the tracks while in operation. Shawn and Chris communicated well to let me know when they would arrive, what they intended to do, how the work they completed went, and made sure to show me some maintenance tips to keep it running smoothly in the future. Overall happy with the service and team and would recommend to others in the future!
