Determined that my 25-year-old operator was unrepairable. Home warranty gave a replacement allowance that was lower than a new install. I elected to use the allowance and additional funds to install a better quality unit. Dustin was willing to install a lower quality unit if necessary, however I selected his base unit. He was very fair and easy to work with.

If you're reading Google customer reviews, kudos for doing your homework. Our family's experience was so overwhelmingly positive we wouldn't consider using anyone else, regardless of what was promised. Our garage door, and the door rails, were damaged the night before Easter. It left our door partially down and stuck at an odd angle, leaving us no way to move it up or down. I looked at area garage door businesses online that night promising quick service, 100% customer satisfaction, and low prices. When I read Google customer reviews, though, Access Garage Doors stood out to me. Every review I read was positive, and most reviews kept mentioning someone named "Dustin," thanking him for all he did. Being that it was Saturday night, I shot off an email late that Saturday night detailing our damaged door and asked Access Garage Doors to contact us when they could for a quote. Less than 15 minutes later, late Saturday night on a holiday weekend, I got a call from Dustin! He said he read my email and was concerned we had a vehicle stuck in our garage knowing Easter was the next morning, and offered to help at least get it out tonight if we needed the car for Easter. What garage door business does that?! None - that's who. If you want a positive experience with extremely competitive prices and service that's unmatched - I can't recommend this business enough! I can't tell you how many of our neighbors have complimented us on how nice our house looks now!
