Wow, so I'm not crazy! Jul 16, 2026

I thank Access Garage Doors for the quick response to my problem. I spoke to Danny and told him two wheels are off one track — by the way, he's great. He sent Sean out the next morning. First, I've been in my home about a year. From day one the door has made a horrible noise going up and down. It concerned me, but I was told, "Oh, it's nothing." Well, now it's something. Sean not only put the wheels back in the track, he lubricated both of the tracks. Then he adjusted both hanging brackets, which stabilized the tracks, stopping the horrible noise. "Wow, so I'm not crazy!" I highly recommend Sean. He is so professional, polite, and very personable. I appreciate and thank Danny and Sean for taking care of my problem.

Extremely Pleased! Jan 26, 2026

Needed replacement for broken door. Danny contacted us and came out to provide an estimate. Very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Estimate was provided same day as promised. Order placed and installation scheduled for a few days later. New door looked great and works great. Danny and Mark installed the door and made sure everything worked before cleaning up the worksite. Highly recommend them — great communications, decent price, and excellent installation. Extremely pleased!

Danny and Mark are true pros. Installed 2 garage doors on our new pole barn/garage and it turned out incredible. When they finished up, Danny asked to check our existing garage and ended up replacing rollers. Would recommend these guys every time.

Exceptional company with exceptional people! Oct 1, 2025

We recently had four garage doors installed by Access Doors of Tri-City, and we could not be happier with the entire experience. Danny and Mark were absolutely fantastic to work with, professional, polite, and reliable from start to finish. Their prices are truly unbeatable and unmatched in the area, and the quality of the doors themselves is beautiful. They were punctual, respectful, and took the time to answer all of our questions, which made us feel completely at ease throughout the process. What really stood out was their genuine follow-through — they actually answer their phones, call back, and make sure everything is done right. This kind of service and professionalism is something the Tri-Cities really needs. We highly recommend Access Doors of Tri-City for any garage door installation or repair. An exceptional company with exceptional people!

Professional Same-Day Spring Repair Aug 14, 2025

The spring broke on our 16-foot garage door and the garage door would not open. We called Access Garage Doors of Tri-Cities around 1 PM, talked to Danny, and they said they could be here by that afternoon. Danny and Mark were very professional and they did a great job along with a full inspection of the garage door and garage door opener to make sure everything was safe.
