I called and was able to get an appointment the very next day. The technicians replaced two springs and were polite, friendly, and efficient. I received a text before they arrived, and they completed quality work at a fair price. The cost was less than the other two companies I called. I would definitely recommend them.

Access Garage Doors is awesome. I had called 2 other garage door companies and had appointments with both of them, then they texted back and said they couldn’t come. Not so with Access. They made the appointment, stuck with it, texted me the day before to remind me, and the day of called and texted me they were on their way. They are now my go-to company for garage door repairs. It now works better than before it was broken. I had the torsion springs replaced. Very professional.

My 1990s garage door opener broke on a Tuesday and this company was able to come out on a Thursday morning to take a look. Repair was completed the same day. They responded quickly to my inquiry and were very prompt and professional. They fixed other minor issues with the door with the opener install. The garage door is so quiet now and can be manually opened really easily. Highly recommend!

Access Garage Doors, great business. I eventually need a new garage door and will use AGD for the replacement. Josh and Justin were great; Josh helped get us on the schedule. Justin installed the new garage door opener, replaced a hinge and fixed another, as well as installed new wheels in a timely manner in about 2.5 hours. As I mentioned, we will use them again for an actual garage door when we go to replace it.

UPDATE: Spoke with owner directly after I was not satisfied by initial repair. He listened and was reasonable. We agreed that the initial technician was incorrect in his assessment of my broken door. He expeditiously scheduled his most experienced technician who properly assessed the door and adjusted it to work properly. This was over 3 months ago. The door is working well to date. I was not charged for the second visit. Furthermore, in an effort to "do the customer right," I was issued a refund for the initial service that did not solve the issue. This shows a commitment to good customer service. Because of this, I would recommend this company. People make mistakes. Be an informed customer. Talk to supervisors and owners when appropriate. When a business responds to mistakes appropriately, that shows integrity. That is the sense I now get from this company. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Company installed garage door. Twelve months later the cable came loose. Door went crooked, roller fell off one side, and became stuck. Company called to examine and repair it. [Technician] stated homeowner did not properly lubricate door every 6 months leading to malfunction. Charged $200 after repair. No offer to fix under warranty. I do not believe [the technician's] assessment. (SEE UPDATE ABOVE)

I called on a weekend and talked to the answering service, who took down my information. On Monday, the office promptly called me back and explained they had an opening the next day. They arrived when they said they would after a call from the tech to say he was 30 minutes out. They replaced two springs which had broken, and within an hour or two, my garage door was back to working like new. The communication and follow-up was excellent. I would recommend Access Door to anyone.
