Access wasn't the first call I made; it was the second, and I'm so glad I made it. Eric, the owner, picked up the phone Monday evening, and by Tuesday he was at our house. He gave a very good quote but more importantly didn't try to upsell — he walked through the work with me and explained what he thought actually needed to be done and didn't try to get me to do more. We approved the quote right there and he started the work. Eric did a great job and completed it quickly. I wish all contractors and tradesmen did such good work and were so honest.

We overwhelmingly recommend Eric! We don't say that lightly, as we also own a business. We have had Eric out for three different garage door calls. He adjusted our 12-year-old, first-generation, wall garage door opener. Many months later it started acting up again and he adjusted it and advised it may be worn and not counting revolutions. He gave us a link to a video showing us how to adjust it if we wanted to just keep adjusting it ourselves, rather than making a service call. I also inquired what a new replacement might cost if this one continued to have issues. He gave me a quote for a new one and explained how the later-generation models have much better technology to avoid issues like our current one. A couple of months later our old door opener started having the same adjustment issues and was clearly getting worse. I messaged him for a quote for a new one. The quote was a couple hundred less than he had estimated. Nice surprise. Then he said he could fit us in late the following day. He came when he said he would. We get text notifications when he is en route and again when he has arrived on location. It also has a photo of his face so you know who is arriving. I wasn't home when he arrived to replace the garage door opener. He called me, rather than just leaving. (I had left to run a brief but urgent errand.) I advised that I had left the garage door disconnected so he could lift it to get inside and get started. It was a successful installation. He even lubricated my second garage door that he wasn't even working on, for no charge. A few hours after he left, I was programming my car to the door opener and in the process I messed up the door travel points and the door would now only go down a few inches. Hoping for help rather than digging through the manual, and not sure what I had messed up, I called him. He actually answered at 8pm on a Friday! He very generously walked me through reprogramming it. He even sent me a video on how to reset the travel points, just in case I ever needed to reset it in the future. So yes, we highly recommend!

I love these guys! We used them for garage doors as a subcontractor. Eric made this process extremely easy. They exceeded our expectations in every way. Everything was done right the first time, with obvious attention to detail and craftsmanship. Eric showed up when he said he would, hit every deadline, kept things moving without us having to follow up. On top of that, their pricing was fair and transparent. I received 10 different quotes, 3 of them the same price that Access Doors gave me. I felt really confident with Eric's knowledge and I'm glad we decided to go with them! As a contractor, finding a reliable subcontractor you can trust to represent your business well is everything. Eric did exactly that. We definitely recommend!

I am so happy our friend recommended Eric. Our LiftMaster had a catastrophic electronic problem and Eric did an excellent job troubleshooting, communicating with the manufacturer, and fixing our problem expeditiously. He made sure the manufacturer honored our warranty. Eric's communication was timely and professional. He went above and beyond by lubricating both of our garage doors, teaching me how to do it properly, and programming our other garage door to work with our main opener.
