Access Garage Doors literally came to my rescue yesterday. My garage door spring broke leaving my cars inside with no way to get them out. About 30 minutes after I called Access the “Calvary” arrived and installed new springs. Voila door now opens properly. They even fixed an electrical short in the wiring.Wonderful service great attitudes and fair pricing. A true rarity today! You can bet that I’ll certainly call them again next time I need their services. You should call them also.A very satisfied customer.

The men where able to come to my house earlier as they were running ahead of schedule. Of course they called first. They quickly assessed the problem and devised a solution. It turns out the springs on my 3 doors were not installed properly in 2005 by another Hsv company which was causing premature failure of some of the components. They corrected the problem and for the first time since 2005 the doors are quiet and roll up and down properly. It irritates me that a trusted company did not take the time to install three small blocks of 2x6's (probably $2 in 2006) that ended up costing over $400 to fix. I will definitely use Access in the future.

It is rare these days to have customer service that is above and beyond. After calling around to three different companies that were highly recommended and getting the “not sure when we can make it” or “we are six weeks out for repair work” - I called Access after searching online and reading the Google reviews.The current 4.9 rating is simply not accurate because it should be well above that!! They showed up a bit late because today was Election Day and they had some issues voting - but were extremely apologetic, and did the repair in record time. I had a broken spring. Three gentlemen who came in, shook my hand, explained what they would do, and even fixed an issue on my other door at no charge.Family owned, and extremely professional. I would not hesitate one second to recommend and use these guys. Great rates and very respectful.

I backed into my garage door and needed a door ASAP I called a couple of different places before calling access and the other companies were very unhelpful but when I called access the front desk lady Julie was incredible she was very friendly and knowledgeable and able to help me quickly I called on a Tuesday and had a door installed on Friday the guys came out to install the new door and were great I stayed out there talking with them the whole time because the conversations with them were great they were very friendly and genuinely great people they even went above and beyond and moved my access button to a better location upon my request with no hesitation they they were so good at paying attention to detail and making sure everything was perfect they have earned my business and I would recommend them to everybody if I back into my garage door again I know who I’m calling to fix it haha

I had to have the top panel on both garage doors replaced. Access ordered the panels and installed them when they came in. The design of the original doors didn't have adequate bracing and the replacement panels are the same. Access added reinforcement pieces to the tops of the doors to prevent the new panels from bending. I recommend Access Garage Door and would use them again.

This company is the best!! The previous company that was supposed to fix our door had to cancel due to the weather conditions. I was told it would be a few days until they could do the repairs. Normally that would be fine but are vehicles were trapped in the garage. I called Access Doors from Home Advisor & told them our issue & we were put at the top of the list. They realized we were trapped so did everything they could to help us out without any extra fees. They went above & beyond to help us!! The repairs was perfect! We are very appreciative!!
