Older and newer homes can come with very different garage door sizes, layouts, hardware, and opener systems. Access Garage Doors of East Memphis
provides garage door repair, installation, replacement, and opener service throughout the East Memphis area, with technicians who evaluate the system before recommending a solution.
Our Memphis team handles the door, the opener, and everything in between:
Garage Door Repair & Replacement
Garage Door Installation
Garage Door Openers
Garage Door Screen Installation
Overhead Storage Solutions
Screens, Shades & Vinyl Enclosures
We provide straightforward recommendations based on the condition of your garage door system, your home's configuration, and how you use the space, and we back every job with products from the industry's leading manufacturers. Locally owned and operated, Access Garage Doors of East Memphis
is part of the Access network, a garage door brand with roots dating to 2005. Our team holds every job to the same standard, no matter the property's age.
Serving East Memphis's Mid-Century Neighborhoods
We serve East Memphis, Bartlett, Arlington, Cordova, and surrounding communities, where the housing stock ranges from mid-century ranch and brick homes to newer suburban construction. That variety brings different garage sizes, door configurations, opener systems, and storage needs.
Some older garages also have tighter vehicle and storage clearances than today's homeowners prefer. When you're considering a new door, our team measures the existing opening and reviews the available door and track configurations so you understand what will work within the space.
Ready to Explore Your Options?
A free consultation can help determine whether repair, replacement, or an opener upgrade makes sense for your garage. Our technicians walk through the choices honestly, so you decide with confidence instead of guessing.

Communication You Can Count On
We tell you what to expect before the work starts, not once it is already underway. The same clear communication carries from the first call through the completed job.
Technicians Who Measure Before They Recommend
Every technician keeps skills current across every major garage door and opener brand through ongoing training. This range means a recommendation fits your home, not a generic standard size.
We check the whole door and opener system before recommending a new door.
We stand behind every residential installation with a Limited Lifetime Installation Warranty.
We explain when repair makes sense and when replacement may be the better long-term option.
We help clear floor space with overhead storage built for a tight garage.
Hardware Sized and Built to Last
We install and service doors and openers from LiftMaster, Clopay, Amarr, CHI, Genie, Wayne Dalton, Linear, and Sommer, giving you hardware backed by the industry's leading manufacturers. A properly sized door paired with a trained installer is what keeps daily use from becoming a daily hassle.

Honest, Expert Service Without Getting Ripped Off!
I highly recommend Mark and Access Garage Doors of East Memphis! After my garage door lift cable snapped on a Friday night, I called around and was quoted astronomical emergency fees by other corporate companies. I reached out to Mark, and he contacted me first thing Saturday morning at 8:00 AM. By 9:00 AM, he was already at my house fixing the problem. He was incredibly knowledgeable, transparent, and very hands-on with his work. He got everything fixed perfectly at a very affordable, fair price compared to the other ridiculous quotes I received. If you want honest, transparent, and expert service without getting ripped off, definitely call Mark at Access Garage Doors of East Memphis!

It took Mark just a few minutes to locate the issue and begin to fix my problem. Thirty minutes later, he had everything working like brand new. The entire process, from our initial call to the onsite visit, was very professional and customer friendly.

Worth Every Penny — Highly Recommend
I'm normally a "call the warranty company" guy. Their tech looked at our garage door, said it wasn't covered, didn't offer any alternative fix, promised to call the warranty company on my behalf the next day — and ghosted. That's how I ended up calling Mark at Access Garage Doors of East Memphis. He's now my go-to.
He installed a new opener, rail, and rewired everything when I switched brands. Showed up early, didn't blink at my messy garage, and walked me through options with zero sales pressure — just genuine expertise. He guarantees his installs, which is real peace of mind.
The results speak for themselves. The garage is so much quieter that our baby no longer wakes up when we close it (huge win for any parent). We went with the upgraded opener, and the built-in lighting transformed the space — my house only had two small bulbs from the builder, and now my daughter says the garage looks like the sun is in it.
Was it more than I budgeted for? Yes. Worth every penny? Absolutely. Highly recommend.
